How to make a cheesy taco with avocado and avocados

This taco, made with avocado, avocadoes and avocado buttercream, is sure to please your guests, even if they aren’t vegan. 

The recipe is simple and it doesn’t require any special equipment or ingredients. 

It’s easy to prepare and takes about five minutes to make.

Get your avocado butter out of the refrigerator and let it sit for about 30 minutes. 

If you want it to stay fresh longer, it’s best to store it in a freezer bag for up to a week. 


Once your avocado has chilled and frozen, add your avocado to the blender and blend until smooth. 


Add the avocado to a baking dish and sprinkle with sea salt. 


Add your avocado, sea salt, and olive oil and mix to combine. 


Add a little extra avocado butter to the mixture to create a nice cheesy, chewy texture.
